Hi.Coc or Clash of Clans is server sided game.You can't use game guardian.You can find value but if you change it value be checked by server and go back to original.

Basically you cannot cheat in multiplayer game and/or game that requires internet connection (data load from server in real time, if there is a difference then the game crash and the server keep the network values).
