[*]Open both Football Manager and GameGuardian.

[*]Start new game or Load previous save

[*]Go to Club then Finances then Adjust Budgets

[*]Game Guardian do a Fuzzy Search this will take a while

[*]Now we will increase wage budget, so touch transfer budget once wage budget will decrease.

[*] Fuzzy search lower

[*] touch wage budget once it will increase wage budget.

[*] fuzzy search larger

[*] repeat all steps until you have about 5 codes there will be one similar to your value change to what ever you want.

[*] touch any of wage or transfer budget and you will have your value.

[*] save game.
