I have had troubles with this one too.... so I did a little digging, and discovered you can edit the save game file itself. let me get some screen shots pulled and i'll tell you what to do.

First, you need to be rooted, and have a root browser, and a text editor.... stay tuned!

Ok... navigate with your root browser to data/data/com.flaregames.oceantower/app_data/save.txt

This is what you're looking for. It is near the bottom (end) of the file. Scroll all the way down.

Waste plant level is how many levels will have power. Might as well make that 999. .

Money is money.

Premium are your credits. I have gone as high as 9999. It'll probably handle more.

Save the file, and fire up the game. Poof! Awesomeness.
