[*] Fuzzy search lower [*] touch wage budget once it will increase wage budget. [*] fuzzy search larger [*] repeat all steps until you have about 5 codes there will be one similar to your value change to what ever you want. [*] touch any of wage or transfer budget and you will have your value. [*] save game. Have fun
