    For the heck of it I just kept clicking 4 the numbers change but they are way off most are 10 digit numbers I have like 20 of the same numbers so have no idea.

    @NoFear said in one post that the 10 digit numbers may be the good ones and he'd have to test more, but I can;t really speak here, since I'm no pro. As far as I'm aware, he's at work now, so you'll have to wait for him to answer. :|

    Clicked the save tab, selected all files then clicked on that double up and down arrow typed 4 unchecked hex so if that is wrong then directions are not clear.

    Maybe try with checking hex? Tbh I had hex checked by default and didn't uncheck it, ever.

    I cant even tell you where I need help have closed this game down about 20 times not getting any 9 digit numbers everything I have is 1. So not sure if it is giving me the right results if my setting on guardian are wrong I have no idea where to even begin.

    You know, this happened to me too (on ym actual save), until I realized I didn't change the address location by 4. That was a big facepalm moment. Maybe this is what's happening to you too?

    Would not like to mess up my actual game with this looks good on video but you also watching a pro that knows what he is actually doing the instructions become very confusing towards the end and saw a few people mess up there game because of it.

    Like I said, I was scared too, and didn't even have enough cash to spend it, to see if it's working, and yet it worked.

    Have no idea what the cupcake method is would be nice if I did not have to go thru pages of this to find out the code was not meant for new games and you had to have some type of income already to do these steps.

    Maybe nobody knew. Anyway, you said you do have save from further in game, read my previous answer for you. ^^

    Yes did not want to fool my my actually game until I know if I am doing this correctly so started a new game, I really not sure I want to mess with my lvl 18 account if I am going to ***** things up on it.

    I was scared of this too. Even more so, because I once tried to hack the game, but it didn't work and had barely any sim cash left.

    After you edit the correct values, you don't really have to spend cash. You have to close and open the store again, and it shows the value hacked (at least that happened with my game, but I suppose it's a regular thing). The value on regular view is not changed, but all you have to do is restart the game, and it changes to the value visible at the store.

    I feel ya, I was terrified of editing sim cash, so I wanted to try coins first, but managed to do both. :)

    Hey @Gwynzireael.. did u manage to hack the coin thingy?? I cant :(

    I did. I didn't get to hack tickets ('cause I have seen you mentioning them few posts later?), but you can buy some of them for sim cash, and I didn't have to use the ones you can't buy for cash, yet, so I decided I'll worry about them when the time comes. :)

    Ok I have tried the video That @NoFear posted, tried following the instructions that are written have closed this game down I don't know how many times get the first 100 records saved then the instructions lose me because in your video the number goes up more then 100 is that because you already have cash increased. I then continue to step B and save those when I change the address location to 4 I get no 9 digit numbers at all have closed this game down so many times and re-tried the step again to no avail. I can't even get the addresses to show any data they are all just 0's pages and pages of them. So does this actually work or is my game guardian setup wrong this is just not working no matter what I do.

    Is your game new? I have been trying this on two games - one my regular save, and one a new save, I started just so I can test the hack there, first. I didn't get any 9-digit values (or any bigger than 5 digits, to be accurate), so I tried on my regular save.

    If it's a new game, and you barely started first job with first sim, try to progress a bit and try again, maybe?

    Thank you for your patience. YouTube put video back too.

    No, thank YOU for YOUR patience with us, noobs. ? You're a master, keep up the great work.

  9. Yess, finally, it worked with your reuploaded video @NoFear! Thank you so much. Too overwhelmed to try and hack tickets etc, but I suppose with THIS amount of sim cash it won't be a problem, I can just buy them if needed. Thanks again, cheers.

    ok, im seeing 1 2 0 just above.

    change to what? i didnt understand next step. pls help

    Same tbh, I keep getting stuck there, 'cause this is where it gets complicated. u_u

    Why are we changing it to "-4"? This is what I can't grasp, and I can't just follow blindly if I don't understand what's happening. :'D

    Sorry for being so problematic @NoFear

    i cant find two 9 digit values anymore.

    it shows 4 same 9 digit values. please help.

    It's okay, just delete the rest of them, and work with the first one from those 4.

    >thread about hacking the coins

    >wants to buy coins

    LOL

    No, no need to buy coins for actual money, just spend or get any. Buy some cheap decoration.

    I never said anything about buying for real money? I have seen on the teo vid tutorials guys buying coins with sim cash (the in-game currency), to show the hack works. I can't afford to try that with sim cash, though (and while hacking sim cash I'm kind of scared to spend it in case I ****ed up, so I want to try with coins first), hence I'm asking if it's okay if the coins value just changes - either with buying something for coins or getting them from other source, in this particular case from work or quest.

    Chill, Peggy. People are trying to help you and you're kinda rude, seriously.

  13. Dummy question, but do I have to go to store and try to buy coins to see the change, or do I just need to change their value, for example by finishing shift at work or completing a quest?

  14. 2 minutes ago, Peggyarmor said:

    I used this method

    1;2;0::9

    0

    Then

    1;3;0::9

    0

    This gives you more than 2000 addressses

    Did you start with 1;0;1;2;0;1;3;0::137 before going with these?

    Also I always go 1;0;1;2;0;1;3;0::137, then 0;0;0;1;3;0::37, then 1;3;0::9 and 0, and repeat with 2 instead of 3 in refining, and that gives me around 110-140 saved values. I'm aware it seems like a lot of steps, but it makes life easier in te end. And when you've done it more than 5 times you get to know how to do it faster and faster. xD

  15. @Peggyarmor you seem to be at similar point in your sims career as I am (2 playable sims, one spot able to unlock with cash, one locked, similar amount of coins); I never got more than 200 saved searches. Are you sure you're searching and refining all mentioned values?

  16. Eh, I used the video NoFear uploaded few posts back, and your written explanation for reference, but I still can't get it to work. And when I'm trying to edit the rewards for To-Do List and Quests, the game crashes each time. Guess I'll just play without cheating. D:

    ...or will try again when I'm not as frustrated and tired, both, with the day and with constant failures.

    Thanks for provided help, though, I appreciate it a lot.

  17. I've got this, and I'm confused now. These are the only 9 digit values I have, one other value has 10 digits, and some of them have 3-5, but they're of no interest, as far as I gathered. There's no 1;1 nor 1;2 above, though, just what you see. Should I close the game and try again?

    I'm sorry for being so problematic. ;_;

    Hi. I am in the step 5, I don't get the 1 and 1 / 1 and 2 things that I should see. Can you please explain to me further? Thank you!

    God, I thought I'm the only dummy here (no offense intended), thanks for asking this question. ;_;

    @NoScope360

    Could you please post here the PM which @NoFear have sent you? I think I got it, but still it is quite difficult without the video guide.

    Thanks!

    The vid guide should be back tomorrow, but I feel you, I feel like I'm moving in the dark and I can't hack s***, when I can't see what NoFear is tapping in his GG. xD

  20. 1 hour ago, NoFear said:

    I will. Later today. At work.

    Thank you for your hard work, you're truly great at this.

    Should I try reinstalling the game, if it keeps crashing about in the middle of your guide above? (Or in the middle of doing anything with GG in particular.) I got to changing address by 4, and was looking for the 9 digit values, when it crashed.

    By the way, just to make sure, by "changing address" you mean the "increment" option, yes?

    Old method: partially works... Figured out some of the problems but...........

    Would a new guide editing values directly be useful to many? If so, I'll make a guide to edit values directly.

    Please, do. I tried editing it myself with help of youtube tutorials, but managed to actually edit only energy value. Managed to edit gold and sim cash, but only visually. It shows the edited amount, but only until I tap on either of them; it shows the amount I actually had then.
