You're almost right. It is just as simple as changing it to 00 00 00 00 05 00 00 00 yes, but that address will change every time you launch the game so you have to do a simple Hex calculation to find it. To find the other memory addresses use the exact same step as described above but instead of calculating -60/-64 use these: nº Stars = -70 and -74 +x Level = -60 and -64 Hero level (1-40) = -58 and -5C SP = -4 and -8 Max HP (only works until you restart the game and before you enter battles) = -24 Change the values according to the picture I posted above. In the tutorial we did a xor of the value we found to A, and that's the same A that's in the picture. So use the other values in the picture and change accordingly. (i.e. instead of "A" you'll put "5" to change the Stars and "FF 0F" to change your SP)

For people smarter/more interested than me: Use the process described above + this info here to find how to modify the rest of the values using GG. Edit: heads up, the Heart value can change if you have more than one of the same character. I heard it can be e5/e6 but my own testings gave me E4/E5. Edit 2: remember you can use Windows's build in calculator in Programmer mode to convert these values from Hex to Decimals to use in GG.

You don't need pointers when you can edit the physical memory, I guess. I don't think there's anything that can't be done in regards to characters values now.
-
Try leveling him up and see if that fixes it. Edit: in any case I highly doubt you'd ever get banned for it. Edit 2: or just close the game before leveling up. Edit 3: I'm an idiot. Just redo the process. Every time you do it you're rewriting the value, not adding to it.

That is perfect. Thank you! Edit: If you allow me I'd like to elaborate on your tutorial for the people with less knowledge. All credits to @RandomBot On the Hero page. Check that Hero's Heart (to favorite it). Open GG and do a byte search for 100 with the Heart checked. Uncheck the heart so its gray, then refine the GG search to 101. (if you have or ever had more than one of the same unit the values can be 228/229 instead of 100/101). Repeat until you're left with 1 address. If you get 2 the one ending in 0 should be the correct one. (some units can't be found, idk why). Write down that memory address (the letters/numbers code before the 100/101 in GG). Hold click that address/value and choose "Go to address: XXXXXXXX". You'll be taken to a page with a lot of addresses. We'll need to find the right one. You'll need a Hex calculator. Windows's build in calculator in programmer mode has that. Note the Hex/Dec/Oct/Bin modes it can be changed to and change it to Hex. Don't touch anything else yet. Paste or write that memory address value (the one I told you to write down) into the calculator. Subtract -64 from it (like you would a normal calculator) and write down that value. Now repeat this step but instead of -64 subtract -60 and also save that value. Edit the value that you found with -64 (the one on the top) as a Dword to: 10. Edit the value that you found with -60 (the one on the bottom) as a Dword to: 0. Everything is done! All you need to do now is to level up your character before closing the game so that your new +10 Hero will sync with the server and be saved forever. (Those two new values you've found are the values that hold the "+x level" of the hero. You can change one value to A and another to 0 in order to get +10 but i feel like that might be more risky, so instead we'll use the calculator to xor one of the values to A.) In GG, on the list of addresses that's open, find those 2 new values in there (they should be next to each other and also about one screen of space above the initial value). Of the 2 address we are going to edit the one on the top. Click the address on the top to edit it and choose Dword. Write down that Dword value but don't change anything yet. In the calculator change the mode from Hex to Dec and then paste that Dword value there. Now change the calculator back to Hex and the value should now be in Hex. In the calculator press the button "Xor" then the button "A" and then the button "=", it will give you a new value. Change the calculator to Dec again (that will convert the new value) and then write down that value. In GG paste that new value in the place of the old one. Click yes to modify it. All credits to @RandomBot edit: I've found the previous way of doing it (xor calculation) wasn't totally accurate so I'm explaining how to do it directly instead.

I've been able to mess with HP values once but after having so much trouble reproducing it (it's quite luck dependent I found) I just gave up. You're better off using a modded APK. Google: Mod apk Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links - VER. 1.3.0

Have you been able to find any pointers? For the life of me I can't find any pointers for anything. It doesn't matter how I search for it or what settings I use, I've tried everything I know about short of editing physical memory (which is beyond my knowledge). That makes me suspect that Android itself is getting in the way and it's not something with CE or FE:H.
-
It isn't. I'm messing with it right now and I was able to reproduce all I've been able to do so far with GG. I just assumed that people were using GG because it could do the same stuff CE could. But if that's not the case then why not use the more powerful memory editor?
-
I don't see how that would be different than running GG directly. Can anyone clarify?

Go to the arena. Click "Battle". Decide which one of the 3 opponents you'll battle against (don't click anything yet, just decide in your head). That opponent will have 2 values (something like 100~150). Do a Dword search for the latter value (150 in the example above). The search will possibly turn hundreds of results, you will have to make sure GG is displaying all of them (top right corner) 'cause you'll have to edit every single one as I don't know of a way to narrow it down further. I never had it crash or anything when I edited all of them but if it happens to you just restart and try again. Edit those values to something like 9999 (I haven't tested higher. The cap is 8999 so you don't need more). Do the battle. After the battle instead of being rewarded the value 150 in the example above you'll be rewarded 9999 instead.

Very promising. Thanks for sharing! But I don't speak moon rune, is there any info in the comments there that we can use?

All that's mentioned in that post is currently possible, yes, except the arena score that I haven't seen anywhere being confirmed yet Hope that's the case. If anything changes I will post back. Edit: Holy shit, you're correct!! Edit2: how funny it is that with 7000 I'm only rank 14 Edit 3: the maximum displayed Offense rank in the arena is 8,999
-
Edit: see post below You can change the amount of points you get for an Arena battle (it does persist through game restart) but it doesn't seem to affect your ranked score. I tried completing a chain to see if that would affect it but it still didn't. I guess it's an easy 1600 feathers with just one battle for minimal work but that would still take 7 weeks to get 10,000 and it's not like getting 3000 Offense Score isn't trivial anyway.

None of this apply to PVP. You can search and change values for: Player HP Enemy HP Number of cards in player's deck Number of cards in enemy's deck Number of cards in player's hand Number of cards in enemy's hand There's probably more you can do but I haven't tried enough as just those values I listed are enough to break any duel and give you 8000 points if you have some of the right cards. Edit: Any of those values carry over from battle to battle, which is actually necessary to accurately find them. For example there's a lot of values for the player's HP when you first search for it but only one of them (the one that actually matters) carry over to another battle. Edit: The memory range is C++ .bss Edit 2: Latest update (02/23/2017) broke everything. Nothing is working as before. Edit 3: Things are just different. You can get everything to work as before by doing stuff differently. Expect future updates to break standard workings again. Edit 4: You can make some stuff work but nothing is consistent anymore and even value types are being changed from battle to battle. It's too risky to consistently rely on HP cheating anymore.

That doesn't work with a lv 40 character. Edit: While we still don't know how to lower the level of a lv 40 Hero I would strongly recommended to NOT level the heroes you plan on using in the Arena past level 38. The Arena meta can change to become almost impossible on Advanced at lv 40, so you really want to keep the option of doing lover level battles open. Edit 2: Question: Has anybody tried going into the Arena with a lv 99+ Hero? How does the arena calculate your level then? Does the game matches you with lv 1 enemies or 40+10 ones? Edit 3: btw I tried changing the stats (hp, atk, etc) values while in battle and with my internet off (disabled in Windows) and it behaved the exact same way (resetting the value), I was also able to fully play the battle so nothing going on there had any communication to the server up until it was over.

The total value itself yes but the value you're going to modify it in game by perhaps could be exploited (for example sending a 1* unit home could give you 10000 feathers). But after some more testing I'm starting to think the game does some server side check before calculating how much feather is it giving you and for what. And from observing how that value behaves exactly like editing your Stats then maybe the stats are also being checked server-side? I don't know but I find that unlikely. It's probably just being calculated every frame and it has a hard cap. But seeing as using the "freeze value" option on Game Guardian doesn't work it also makes me think there's something more going on, could be server side. I'm thinking that maybe instead of trying to change feather/orbs we'll have more success focusing on trying to change a unit's star ranking and maybe even duplicating units. But I haven' tried any of that yet so that may prove just as hard to do, I don't know. Edit: Btw, have anyone tried to de-level a character from 40? Is it possible?
-
I was able to find the Feathers value when upgrading a unit but it behaves just like the Hero's stats in that no matter how you change it it always defaults to the correct value instantly.
