  1. Quick point: due to two different devices, I screwed up (the first time) by being both hubrisnxs AND supito piano. As probably everyone knows, the values are not constant, so it was foolish to give those values. That said, to the not - me that responded, you can level up by looking for (4 the present experience, then step away and use whistle/fight. After battle, go to fuzzy and look for larger. From those results, search for the after battle experience, and you'll easily see what value need to change. If multiple, change them to different values, go in game, close menu if you had it open, go back to attributes and you'll see which value was the trigger. Now, be careful not to go past when the character levels up (do math, basically), and you'll quickly level up. For skill points, when you level up DONT ALLOCATE points. Let's say yangus levels up and gets 9 points. Open up attributes menu, click ick on yangus/person who leveled (don't know why this is important) and do a search for 9. After the long search is done with all those values, move several steps, allocate 2-3 points, then end allocation early. Now, move a few spaces forward... Then open back the attributes menu where you have 6-7 points left, open up Guardian and go to fuzzy and click smaller...when this is done, search for your skill points left (6-7 remember) and it should be very narrowed down. Again, give each that match different values, so you know which one that will be the trigger... get back to the game, and the values will be the same, so click on hero and then back to yangus.... you'lll see the modded value. This value is not constant, so you might as well give yourself quite a bit. I'm just wishing that I could get the value for leather whip so I can freaking use it for alchemy pot. Sorry for poor instructions, but phones are weird.
  2. Name of Game: Dragon Quest VIII Play Store Link (If it's a paid app, the apk): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.dq8 Version: 1.01 What cheat? Health, xp, gold...: XP, Skill Points Have you tried cheating this game? What happened?: I was able to get gold, nada for skill points and xp Comments: So I dont normally request hacks/mods/etc, but I recently purchased Dragon Quest VIII, if nothing else because it was the first RPG I got REALLY into as an adult back when it was released on PS2. Anyway, so I purchased it for the 20 dollars, knowing how wonderful the game was. Unfortunately, Square/Enix still have not learned that their pirate detection only burdens those of us that have actually paid for the game, since the first thing mod/hacks do is getting rid of the security detection/requirements to be online. So, longer story slightly shorter, I uninstalled the paid version, and downloaded 1.01 modded so that it would not have the security check, and I realized that the grinding was quite a bit more difficult to do than it was when I was 18 and in college. Basically, I'm looking for a way, or an easier way (I've failed to find a way to do it, but that might be because I'm in ignorance), to modify the values of xp/skill points. I don't want it to break the game, so that I'm far too overpowered to enjoy it, but I do want enough of that it isn't impossible to finish in the few hours I'm not working/living available to me.
  3. I don't normally use hacks/mods but lately I've found that my bank account has been quite steadily lifted by these damned seemingly-small ammounts of money. So I've the software, and been greatly helped. Pre-Edit: Haha, I meant this to be an intro thread, and I went on and on about problems I have with a specific game. I've cut that nonsense out, and am only mentioning it because I thought admitting to my somewhat-stupid nature might earn me points in getting help down the line
