If u have 0 cups, do like this -> fight a battle and then search amount of cups and do another battle and now refine to new amount of cups. Do this until you get small amount of results and then just edit to amount of cups you want & Done!

Velo gen 1 (-93170300);10 , refine 10 , use increments -> (0) to 1 , see new cash offer level of velo gen 1 , go to code and change level to 40 and above it change velo gen 1 id to the dino you want instead. Done!

Go to Velo Gen 2 and Search it. Change -1934748652 to dino id you want. Hatch/buy Velo Gen 2 and it will appear as the dino id u selected instead.
