  1. Heyo, don't mean to revive a somewhat dead thread, but I reinstalled the game after months of not playing it. If anyone cares to know, the account I was mucking around with months ago is still not banned, so that's cool. Is the GG script still working for 2.1.1? Also, NoFear, you said the quoted message above a while ago and I wanted to know if this was still perhaps on the table. If the regular script still works, I may finally pull the trigger.
  2. Not trying to come off as whiny, but that would have been nice to know back when you first mentioned developing a script as a kind of heads up. Understandable, though.
  3. No, haven't been banned for coin rush hack. Probably because it doesn't trigger the soft limits of the game and it's more believable to the auditing system than just straight editing the amount of coins you have (since you'd still be technically "earning" the coins), but you can't even edit the amount of coins you have straight up any more, so it's pretty much the most efficient option. It's also only a small incremental increase of coins, as opposed to a much higher number like 100k coins, so that may be another reason for not triggering ban. Still can't say that the coin rush method is worth it for the amount of effort you have to put in The yield is relatively small and quite underwhelming. If you want to hack though, doing it during races is the best time to do it with the least chance of ban. [added 3 minutes later] The time jump function is accessible from the main menu of Game Guardian. Find it, turn it on, and just enter the amount of time you would like to jump ahead. I use a time of about 5 minutes personally. Ends the races instantly when pressed. So just get into first place, press the time jump button, win the race, and repeat.
  4. I wouldn't advise "messing" around. You'll probably get banned. [added 1 minute later] Speedhack doesn't work. It was patched a while ago. Time jump still works for instantly winning races, though. Helps if you need to level up quickly. That said, if you're that worried about ban, simply don't hack the game lol. Or create a new account that you don't care about for "experimentation." Ban risk is still fairly high. You have to know what you're doing.
  5. Okay, not to be "that guy," but this is a Game Guardian forum, NOT a root forum. Rooting your phone isn't that challenging, and if you can't figure it out for yourself, you probably shouldn't be doing it at all because there is a high chance of causing damage to your device. I'm not trying to be rude, it just seems like you've hijacked the forum to try and get everyone to cater to your own needs. The XDA forum is perfectly fine, so please direct your root inquiries there. There are plenty of helpful resources over there, and you are capable of posting a forum over there just like you are here. The people over there are also more qualified to help you than here. Not sure what the big issue is. Good luck with rooting your device.
  6. Right on. I agree with you. To most people, myself included, that would be more than enough. Pay 2 win is pretty lame.
  7. Right. That's why I said hacking needs to look "natural" to be untraceable. So basically, not exceeding those "hard limits" you're talking about. At that point, though, hacking just becomes tedious and borderline ineffective. None of this is a problem at all with asset-unlock only, though. In regard to a "cracked apk," I was referring to something along the likes of what you're developing right now. Not sure if it's exactly apk format or not, but that's not really important.
  8. Yeah, that's all well and good, except it seems that coins can no longer be hacked at all. Must have been patched in a recent update to perhaps now be server-sided. I tried only hacking for about 1 mil coins (still might have been too many, since Pegasus mentions getting banned with only 130k coins above) but the same method that I used before (that worked) is no longer working. Basically, we need someone to try making small insignifiant hacks only and see if Nintendo can trace that kind of activity in any way. Then we'll know if editing assets is even worthwhile or if we'll have to find a completely different method altogether (i.e. cracked apk).
  9. My "test" account was just banned, likely due to the infinite coins. In case it matters, I started the Tokyo Tour too late for ranked cup, so it unlocked for the Halloween Tour on that account. I didn't actually compete in the physical ranked cup, but I think that the act of unlocking ranked cup in general is what makes your account more susceptible to audit and eventual ban. I think the main theme here is to hack intelligently and not make ridiculous and unlikely hacks. Make the hacks seem natural. That, or slap a gold pass purchase on your hack account. I think Nintendo will have a harder time banning a paying customer lol.
  10. Didn't catch that haha my bad. This. If you have every character, kart, and glider unlocked and maxed, you don't need anything else. No need for coin, ticket, or score hax. I would be 100% on board with a mod that was asset-unlock only. Excited to see what your finished product looks like.
  11. Not true. I successfully edited my score to be very specific. I only did it once, but it still worked. When you have found the right xor value instead of finding the encrypted value by guesswork, just click on the value like you're going to edit it, and next to the numerical value, there should be a little arrow pointing down. Select that button and pick the "XOR = ???" option, edit that value to the specific value you want, and apply the changes.
  12. Don't use speed hack, use time jump instead.
  13. Maybe, but I still think ranked cup has something to do with it.
  14. Correct. Only attempted and successful modifications were coins and race scores.
  15. I have 2 accounts, one with gold pass that I actually care about, and the other with infinite coins that I've been extremely reckless on, not caring, because that one is my "test and experiment" account. On the test account, I accidentally changed the coin value to infinite (9999999... etc but the value doesn't go down when I purchase anything) and also accidentally edited the scores of just two races in a non-ranked cup (I believe it was the first or second one) to be 99999+, but that's it on that account, and the high values were because I was not familiar with how to edit xor to a specific value (I have since learned). No friends, no ranked cups. On the other account, I've been a clean user for a little under a month, since I started the account, until yesterday. One of two hacks I attempted was to change the score of a race to about 14k to give me first in ranked cup at tier 10 (been first place in all of the previous tiers so far without hax, I also have 39 friends on that account). The second I attempted was to hack coins a couple of times, all of which failed except for the coin rush method I described above for around 2k coins. Hacking activity for both accounts has been within the last week, but I started on the infinite coins account with maybe 3 or 4 days left in the Tokyo Tour, which I believe is plenty enough time to catch infinite coins and issue a ban, especially since two races had 99999+ score. I used time jump to level up to rank 12 fast to unlock the items in the shop for the infinite coins account only, and speed hack was patched and didn't work when I tried it. I have a theory that most bans are issued out between tours or just after a new one starts, which makes sense if you believe bans are issued analytically. Scan tour results for anything fishy looking, issue bans, rinse, and repeat.
  16. If you get banned, then simply make a new account. Will be kinda easy to get good scores since theoretically everything will be unlockable. I'd take a week or two with the apk and risk ban just to have all of the players playable and everything else for that time period. Besides, someone will likely come up with an anti-ban patch like with every other game that tries to exclude hackers and inevitably fails.
  17. Okay, so the maximum you can pull from regular races seems to be somewhere around 100, which isn't nearly enough.
  18. For those of you who are curious, you can still hack coins by doing it through coin rush, but you unfortunately have to spend rubies to get access to coin rush, and if you use the 5 ruby x2 bonus version, the maximum amount of coins you can earn is capped at 1998 (since you can only earn up to 999 coins in one run of coin rush times the x2 bonus). I'm sure you can do something similar with regular races. See if anyone can do anything with this. As of right now, the races all seem to still be offline.
  19. Understandable. Wish you the best on your endeavors. Keep us updated please.
  20. Also, for those of you that were banned, did you compete in any ranked cups? That may be the trigger for banning. If you avoid those, you might be otherwise undetectable.
  21. So does that mean we shouldn't be expecting an Android release of whatever you've been working on for the past couple of weeks?
  22. Nintendo must have patched coins to be server-sided in 1.1.1 update. I found the correct xor value for coins and tried everything but nothing resulted in a permanent change. I even tried making the change while temporarily in airplane mode during a race and that didn't work. The desired coin value would show briefly back at the main menu screen then count back to the original coin value every time. Bummer.
