If you need to frequently use Time Jump, then you can turn on the floating panel.
There are two buttons on it. For a jump on the previous interval and for a jump on a new interval.
If you did not make a jump, then the button will be only one - for a new interval.
The panel can be dragged anywhere.
You can hide the panel if you do not need it anymore.
