Steps:

• Open both {Monster Strike}, and GameGuardian.
• Choose Level
• Search 0
• Search gold if it goes up. IF GOLD VALUE GOES UP YOU MUST SUBTRACT GOLD VALUE FROM GOLD EARNED FROM BOSS!~
• Once you have the values, edit after tap screen, make sure game is paused.
• Re-pause before connect, research value displayed at bottom of screen to make sure you got the right ones because noobs like me sometimes fail.

You didn't do it fast enough/too fast/user error. I'm not a coder for android things, and this is a simple memory edit due to vulnerabilities present in server/client data trust issues. If it gets patched it's because it went public!~

Stage hack works, Change egg drops (for that level) works, changing sharl drops and making them any amount works, unlimited strike shots works as well.
