Ace Fishing Mod Configure

I recently downloaded the newest version of ace fishing from here and it says to configure the mod via text file. I looked for the modcfg.txt file it says to modify using 7z archiver and cannot find the file. Any ideas on finding the file and how to configure the values? Any help is greatly appreciated (:

I wonder this myself. I can't find it and I looked inside my phone with my PC and I looked through the phone itself. Theres no manual how to adjust it as if someone expects you to know right away.
