Steps:

2. Install and run.  Set to a high number.
3. Run Heroes of Dragon Age
4. Profit!

I know the game is practically unhackable, but I've found this is a great solution to being limited in play time at least.

Is there a non root version?

As ahkudong states, stamina changes, but when you go to fight it freezes, turning off speed app removes all gained stamina so that won't work either. This does not work for this game. (Yes my device is rooted)
