LDoE Multiplayer items in Singleplayer

Wassup, I got a request to help find a way to transfer atleast one item from multiplayer/crater (like HK416 or Scout's shoes or Handmade Rifle etc.) to singleplayer mode AND be usable/work properly. It can be replace method or something else as long as it works.
