kawaiihomedesign error when buying stuff

i'm playing a game (kawaii home design) with game guardian setup, i added more gems, but when i buy something, it gives me an error, it tells me to reload the game, but whenever i do that, it reloads and when i go buy stuff, it keeps giving me the same error. What could fix this?
