CarX Street not being added to F1 VM

Hello, when I try to add CarX Street to F1 VM (A virtual space), it doesn't work and says "install failed older sdk"

Can I fix that issue, and how?

My device is a Galaxy Note 10 Lite, unrooted Android 13.
