Idleon Recipe unlock

when i tried to increase the trophy code to unlock recipes i accidently pressed a claim reward button now the trophys are at -28,8k and unlock at -54. Anyone know hoe i can fix this??

I use wiki to unlock recipes, so i can't help with that
