Hi how to decrypt/dump a Fully moded apk This

Its outdated so i cant Hook it using The hooks 

 

and theres no meta data to be found on the mod menu it self anyone help me?

 

I also tried Moving the main Mod menu To New game ended up crashing the game If u can decrypt thanks! Or tell me what to do

its not encrypted. thats just how ELFs (executable & linkable format) work
