What you could try is converting it to seconds, then freezing the game and searching for it. (With 60 seconds gap for errors.)

Well... what I meant is, for example 11 days = 950400 Seconds, 7 Hours = 25200 Seconds, 43 Minutes =2580 Seconds and if add them up it becomes 978180 seconds and searching like this 978180 ~ 978240 could work, but of course, it might not (not tested), so you should just try it.
