modded address log

is there a way to see a list of all addresses that has bin modded in gg. i have bin trying to hack a mainly server side game, i have managed to hack merits but cant find the address i changed to keep the merit once changed, for what i fount its 2 addresses or more that need changing to get this hack work agen, i had 45190 merits at first, then i searched the value, fount about about 149, then used 1000 of merit to reduce the merit to 44190 and fount the adress for the merit that showed in the game, then i changed the merit and pressed the back arrow to trace see were it took me and it went back 3/4 times and changed all to 999999 and it worked. thats were my problem is because. i find the same address but when i press the arrow to go back theres nothing, so when i make the merit change it reverts back to original as soon as i use any. just wondering if there is a way to see modded address and values like a log. am sorry if there is one i just havent fount it yet if there is

i have bin playing around with it and omg blown away, its so good and so many useful features, makes hacking games fun agen like in the ps2 days. its a ps2dis and code manager in one.
