What cheat? Gems are confirmed client side only, however I'm unsure if gold and stamina are as well. Company that made the game is the same one that made dragonsouls RPG and has similar aspects. 

There are some videos out there that showcase editing hero power in battle for easy wins in combat. 

Any hacks that can edit the value of stamina, gold, or change the number of items in your backpack would help.
