Steps:

1. Open game guardian then Open Game and go to Player Profile.
2. Jot down your character's Movement Speed.
3. Open Game guardian => Search Type (FLOAT) =>5.28 (In my case movement speed is 5.28) Search Value your Character's Movement Speed.
4. Go to adventures (While the game is Loading refine your search with value 5.28 and add value (5.28 dont add too much or your game will lag)
5. When the loading completes you will have your new Movement Speed.
6. PVP, City Escape etc etc. it works everywhere.
7. Just remember dont freeze the value, just double your value for avoiding cheat detection.
