Help find real address

Hello.. 

Many times I tried search for value ex(hp) 

I found it.. And change it. 

For a moment it seem changed 

But after one process 

It back to normal 

Can anyone explain what's wrong? 

It's sever side or wrong address? 

If it wrong address how to find the real address. 

Sorry for bad English and I'm really newbie.
