im new on here and totally lost plz help!

K so this site is saying I can't do anythng on here because I'm not an approved member, or somethin like that. So I need to know why and how can I get it approved then?? I have a game on my phone that takes forever to do anything on it. Each lil thing ii wanna. Do takes forever and id like to try and see if I can get some codes and stuff on it. Someone plz help me and tell me how to do this! I'm so lost
