about scrap point: i was able to change the crap point but when i buy something with it, i returns to its original value. is there anything i can do?

i have 3 digit value, and he is editing just some particular values, and those value doest match with my value, but i tried by following the sequence but not really working.

But it was so convenient to just fill the car upgrade parts right on the spot.
