Can anyone that got friend banned also confirm that they used arena? I'm wondering if they only screen units when we participate in arena or not.

I'm so confused... I've gotten to this point but anything I do after this point, the game crashes... Is there anything that I might have missed that allows me to get to this point but it still crashes?
