Second Search fail....

Hi! My GG was working perfectly, out of nowhere he stopped ... My phone crashed and the background back to the original device, a msg appeared. Now only shows "zero results" in the second search. Have reinstalled, now changed for all options to pursue different regions and nothing happens ... The first search he concludes, but not the second .... Someone help me?
