Follow this comment and the video guides. You start by going to items that can be exchanged infinitely (I usually do medium class scrolls or chant scripts). Then you essentially change the ID of the item in the shop to the ID of the item you want, such as red keys or skip tickets. Finally, do the Nopaew exploit as normal (find the exchange number ID in GG, go back to AE and click the number of exchanges to 2, go to GG and set exchange number to 1, go back to AE and click number of exchanges to 0, go to GG and set exchange number to whatever you want, ideally below 10,000 because higher numbers will get you into the negatives).
