    syntax error: unexpected end of file (issue with if $x = true)

    for some reason a script I have fails with a syntax error. Unfortunately no further explanation of what or where the syntax error is:

    ~$ sudo bash *****.bash test1 *****.bash: line 13: syntax error: unexpected end of file

    I have been able to reproduce the issue with this minimal script:

    #!/bin/bash # option vars silentInstallation=true # work in progress apt_options=() echo "test1" if [ "$silentInstallation" = true ] then echo "choosing silent installation" apt_options=(-qq) fi echo "updating packages"

    The script seems to do fine until if [ "$silentInstallation" = true ]

    I have looked at other questions but cannot find the following things:

    no open parentheses

    no unclosed if statement

    no missing line break

    I am quite sure this script worked before.

    Hello all. I've been playing this game for a while now and absolutely love it,

    but I've got a burning question that I hope someone can help me with.

    So, I've been struggling with some of the more advanced parking challenges in the game,

    especially the parallel parking ones. Does anyone have any tips or tricks for mastering these?

    I always seem to get stuck and end up spending way too much time trying to park my virtual car.

    Any advice on improving my skills or specific in-game settings that might make it easier would be greatly appreciated

    Mistplay user? Quick question...

    Im currently playing a game that offers in-game currency to dl and play certain apps\ games to a certain point.

    I've only done it once with Yahtzee, it only took me a couple hours to reach the lvl 5 goal to collect my reward.

    Today i see they have mistplay on the rewards list, and the i get the reward when i get to 'mistplay player lvl 3'....

    So my question is this, how long would that take to get to lvl 3 in mistplay...

    I'm interested because i figure if i can double dip by getting my in game rewards along with mistplay rewards, it might really be worth it.

    heating gaming question..

    Hey guys, I have a mini PC that doesn't have a fan but it claims to have some sort of cooling mechanism and so far its been pretty effective.

    My little brother can play roblox for like an

    hour or 2 and using hwmoniter i'll see that it stays at around 47.2 (C/ 117f) seemingly for as long as he'll play it for,

    which isn't bad at all but I use it for playing games like silent hill,

    persona 4 golden, ect. and when I play those i've noticed after about an hour it'll sit at around 51.1 (C/ 124f). So my question is if I were to play longer, say like 4 hours (it could happen

    lol) would it just progressively get hotter to a dangerous level, and maybe I should invest in an external fan, or will it just continue to sit at that range?
