You need to change the -1000000000 to -500000000 because in my game the (job data flag) some time has a million number like 800-900ish. Or you can try this search (i dont know if this work on different device not tested yet but you can try it) -2000000000~-500000000;0;0~1;0~1;46;100::24. That search will lead you to c grade/rank blacksmith data, you just need the (JOB_DATA FLAG)it provides. Then you can search JOB_DATA_FLAG;0;0~1;0~1;JOB_ID::20 like @Soeffinhai posted. Hope this help
