This is a very easy method for war cards, boosters, etc that has been working since the updates. I have followed recommendation to stay below level 7 and had no issues with getting banned on any of my cities. [added 3 minutes later] PS - modify factories to 10 slots each first and add additional factories if you want to speed things up
