Sim City Buildit Apr2019 update

The update prevents upgrading the war cards that used to be done by searching the card level and required # of cards. Ex. 1;10 (E-Double) then edit 10 to 0

Now when I try it the game crashes. Any help would be greatly appreciated

There is a movie on youtube thats solve the problem. But you wil be banned to another server.
