Use latest version of GameGuardian. now it allow change game speed on x86 (Intel) devices. Even emulators on PC like BlueStacks or Droid4X.

Yo! I tryed running a few games on the latest GG 8.1.2 on bluestacks 0.9.17.4138 and android x86 (both rooted kitkat4.4.2), but it returns some daemon error message with no effect on speed. Is there any known working one to test here?

Is there any plans on getting speed acceleration to work on devices like the nexus 9? If im correct its an arm64 device.

Speedhack work with 32-bit process on 64-bit archs.

Sorry im totally new at this stuff. Im currently using a nexus 9. How would I go about making an app run as a 32bit process? Or is that impossible?

App run as 32-bit or 64-bit. You can not change this  Most of app compiled as 32-bit app.

If app have both libs you need open apk in archiver and remove folder arm64-v8a, must be another folders like armeabi-v7a or armeabi. Resign apk if need and install with remove previous.

Tried doing what you said. The only file I found was armeabi-v7a. Im thinking game guardian speed accelerator is not supported on my device.

Device: Nexus 9

CPU: 2.3 GHz dual-core 64-bit Denver

Graphics: 192-core Kepler, 16M colors

It must work. Try different timers in settings.

How would I go about doing this? I see app, java, system, other. With a droplist of 17 checks marks underneath. How do I know what each is for?
