I need help with .net reflector and reflexil please :(

If this needs to be in another area Im sorry! I started eternity warriors 3 just before the pvp version came out and didn't have enough time to get all my gear and level up. Its a huge time sink and I just don't have the time. I would never use a mod for pvp as I am a pvp purist but I hate farming and grinding to get to enjoyable pvp. I don't blame others for not putting out a general mod for the public so I'm trying to figure out how to do this myself. So I have .net reflector with reflexil and I managed to find the values I wanted. I was able to adjust the movement speed but I can't quit figure out how to adjust the energy cost to a hex value. I'm not a coder, but I want to learn. It just doesn't make sense. I even exported all the .cs files so I could just edit them with notepad++ but then I have another problem. How do I compile them or what do I do at that point? I don't just want to be told I really want to learn. I just want the rest of my godly gear that's all. If anyone would be willing to teach me it would be greatly appreciated. If needed I could pay the person for lessons and such. Thanks!
