Yeah, how would I change it to level 9?  Will it stick after you restart the phone or tablet?  or do you have to change it every time?

I think if it will be possible you must change it every time you reset game. Because all heroes statistic lv, dmg and other are saved on IGG database.

You have to change it everytime you restart your CC.

I would also be curious as to whether you can increase the skill level? Has anyone figured out how to increase things like MOV SPD?

Yes - you can Mod Mov.& Atk. Spd and Damage and Health, Hero from Legendary to Elite or something else.. But if you change the Hero Attributes (just might works as we know) the Game gonna crash. DIdn't found a way to solve this. :/

I don't know but everything has worked till today now my might goes up and I change the 4th line above the blue to 328448 and now my heros do regular damage on HBM and my towers don't kill regular troops with one hit now they take 2 hits now I can't even beat level H wave 1 does anyone else have this issue
