I have the same popup when running Game Guardian on newer Android VM, you can just ignore it and the GG will work just fine. If this popup somehow forbid you from entering GG (some Device may have different behavior), you need to try to use Stable builds of Android VM (F1 VM, X8 Sandbox, V8 Sandbox, VPhoneGaga) with atleast Android 5-7. This will avoid you to reinstall your Samsung OS. In summary:

• Ignore it
• Use Android VM with Android 5-7

If all above somehow still fails, attach some screenshot of your problem.
