How to find a vague value?

I wish to change 50 gems to -99999 so that I gain gems, but I cannot find it among 13,000 results, and there is no way for the 50 to change to example 51, so how would I find the exact value I am looking for? Cash works, I have 500 billion now, just need to find gems.

Like what is the Q supposed to represent and why is it used, just hoping to learn more, no worries if it's too much to explain, I am quite happy being able to enjoy DV casually.

Sorry to reply to a super old post but is it still possible to change the values in DragonVale? Everytime I switch them, they seem to just revert back to the actual amount.
