Name of Cheat: Cash Cheat
Search Regions Needed: 4byte

Steps:

1. Open both Gangstar City, and GameGuardian.
2. Go into the game.
3. Rob a building.
4. Collect the cash, and see how much you collected.
5. Search the number of cash that you just collected.
6. Go rob a building with a different amount of cash reward.
7. Collect the cash, look at the number.
8. Search the number of cash you just collected.
9. Go back to the first building you robbed, and rob it again.
10. Search the amount of money that you collect after robbing it.
11. You should have just a few values now.
12. Save all the values as 2 followed by max 0s, and check the box on the saved values screen.
13. Rob the same building again.
14. It will collect 20000000 cash or whatever you entered.

Note: Only do this once. Doing it more than once will most likely give you negative Cash.

Name of Cheat: XP Cheat
Search Regions Needed: 4byte

Steps:

1. Open both Gangstar City, and GameGuardian.
2. Go into the game.
3. Rob a building.
4. Collect the XP.
5. Search the amount of XP you just collected.
6. Rob a different building.
7. Collect the XP.
8. Search the amount of XP you just collected.
9. Go back to the original building, and rob it.
10. Collect the XP.
11. Search the amount of XP you just collected.
12. You should have just a few values now.
13. Save them all as 2 followed by max 0s, and go into the saved values screen, and check the boxes.
14. Rob the building again.
15. Collect the XP.
16. The XP should collect the amount you entered.

I think Diamond cheat should be similar, but I couldn't find any buildings with diamonds, so I didn't try.
