Tropic/Country Escape Storage Edit Help

Hi, could someone please explain to me how to do this to my storage. I can add a billion upgrade items and increase my storage that way, no problem. But I would like to know how to edit it so the number on the left is a minus (-) number, as in the picture. 

I would be very grateful for any help.

You have to add many stuff in your boathouse. Many more than your capacity. The max of each is 2 147 483 647.
