Pause/play button on left-top don't work

I installed Gameguardian and use it in Parallel Space on my phone, not root.

Now, i open my game (Tap Titan 2) and Gameguardian thought Parallel Space but after i choose Taptitan2 on list, i click pause icon on top-left so it do not work. My game is still to play without any effect. 

Please help me !

Bad firmware. need root on your firmware for pause things.

I installed lastest firmware on website.

I also install on other device, later android 9. but it was the same problem. 

Is there any other option beside rooting device ?

Latest not necessary mean good. Old too not necessary mean this. For some devices all firmware is bad.

Oh, so sad !   Can't pause the game, it's difficult to searching values.
