Assassin's Creed Rebellion Event Brackets

So a big part of Assassin's Creed Rebellion is the weekly events which give exclusive prizes, and like most games the higher you rank the better the reward you get. When you join an event you are placed in a bracket of up-to-150 players. However, today I learned of a player who is able to get in a bracket by themselves every event, and can therefore grab the #1 prizes every event with almost no effort.

Does anybody know how this could be achieved? And if so if GameGuardian would be up for the task?
