I found this video yesterday on youtube, he has so many buildings that i don't see in the current game. He has 4 videos in his channel but didn't show anything how he do that hack. And he has this one screenshot on facebook showing his city constructed literary on the sea. He's talking about changing the offset but I don't really know how to to do that. ElDogo Posted October 23, 2018 Share Posted October 23, 2018 The strange buildings you see are from the Chinese version of SCBI. Mainland China gets a few buildings not found in the regular game.On the other hand, they are a couple of seasons behind, can't have casinos (EA rebranded them as "clubs") and have other restrictions and perks.
