Looking for a Help on how to hack a game.

Ive been trying to hack this game called Home Street by supersolid .. if your familiar with Foodstreet its almost the same mechanics of the game ...

i can search the exact value of it using dword or qword it changes but once i use it it goes back and the game restarted . i tried to search the rewards on every quest but i cant seem to change the value .. its like im not gwtting the right value .. i tried it on store and not changing too im searching it by dword again . tried a group search for rewards still no luck .  can someone please help me  ? or someone please teach me ..

like early acces games . i dont know how to get link on google playstore so i search it in browser.

I don't have much knowledge about this sort of stuff but I think I faced something similar and someone told me that the values are protected so we can't hack them, I was going to give it a try on home street but looks like it's not available for me too!
