Sims Freeplay items duplication

Hello everybody 

since 5.30.2 Penthouse Update it isn't possible anymore to duplicate all Items. The only Item you can easy duplicate is the living Teddy bear (unlimited teddys) and crib with baby in it, but with 65k item issue in inventory for  the crib. So is there a way to duplicate the Items now with Game Guardian and if yes how to do this?

Or is it possible to create a Mod like on Simpson tape out to set items where we want and unlock all items also the old ones?
