Are you running it on a 64bit device? Rooted or using virtual?

Only software you need is Game Guardian but you need to run it on a 64bit device. Won't work on a pc emulator.

If you're using a virtual app then maybe try another. I don't think it will work on pc emulators.

If you're playing on an emulator on the pc or a 32bit device it won't work. It's made for 64bit devices.

I tested on 2 64bit devices and it was working on both. Don't see why it wouldn't work for you. Sorry.
