So, if your current rep is 74 then search 148 E:Double.
Then change the value and refine in the same way.
It will reset to the correct value when you leave the game and enter again but you can give yourself loads of rep then if you go in the "Private" tab and keep upgrading the "Current Education" then that will quickly boost your real rep value.
