Google play services [ERROR] - Google Play Service does not work without Google Play Services which is currently being updated

I don't know what to do my parallel space was working just fine, but suddenly when I try to log into google play games within a game, it says that my google play services is not up to date but it is, there it is loading and when it ends nothing happens. And also when I play the game other than parallel it works. I already logged in to my facebook and google on parallel the problem is google play services that don't work. Help me!!!!
