Searching UTF text but finding only numbers

I was following a guide from an official Game Guardian YouTube video. And I noticed that Game Guardian search results for UTF16 showed text where mine only shows numbers making it impossible to follow the guide.

I uploaded 2 images, 1 of GG on my phone, and 1 of GG from YouTube to show the difference. Both are from doing a UTF16 search. Why is mine showing numbers only?

you need to check the type of value to utf or utf16, select the checks

I did select the type UTF16. There's a semicolon before my text when I do the search. It looks like this.

A word of advice...everytime you watch any video of tutorials...please watch it carefully.

you can set it even before the initial search.
