Brute Force Security Error

Skullboyq

Question

Hello,

Just now i noticed something that maybe could be seen as Bug/Error. (i don't really know if it's ment to be like this)

This might be really petty, uninteresting or pointless but i'll point it out anyway just to be sure

If you enter the wrong Password in the Login Screen then change from Mobile View to Desktop View

(On Chrome > 3 Dots > Request Desktop Site) it will grant you with a Security Text telling you that you tried Bruteforcing this Site.

I was able to replicate this infinitely so it's not just a one time thing.

I was not however, able to replicate this in CyanogenMods native Browser.

I don't know if it's Chromes fault or whatever causes this but i know that it happens.

Here you can see my "Bruteforce Attempt". Personal IP is left out for obvious reasons

  • URL: gameguardian.net/forum/login/
  • Your Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.68 Safari/537.36 (Its Chrome.)
  • Block ID: BBOT65
  • Block reason: Brute force bot was blocked.
  • Time: Sat Oct 29 22:47:14 2016
  • Server ID: cp15004

If any more Information is needed i'll be open to cooperate.
